January Clean Up

Oil Cloth Alley Aprons etc.

We have added Oil Cloth Alley products to our mix at LTB.  

Oil Cloth Alley aprons are made from Vintage 1940 Apron Patterns updated with modern combos of prints with dots, stripes and checks.

This apron is the 'Day of The Dead' Toile and is available at the market.  We have document bags and pencil cases in this particular toile.

Entertain in style and wipe off any messes.....yes this is the same stuff as you found on the kitchen table!

Thursday, December 15th on CBC Chris + Steven show (2pm est and online shortly after) Scrabble Mugs were chosen as part of the Christmas/Holiday Gift lineup. 

We prepared, stock levels are good but when we are 'sold out' ........ our next shipment won't arrive until February 2012.

Wonder Bread Mugs

She was born Frances Elizabeth Kent, became Sister Mary Corita Kent when she entered the order of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart in Los Angeles, CA, and after leaving the order was known as Corita Kent.  She is one of America’s most celebrated serigraph artists. Her magical use of color and text won her international acclaim from the 1950s until her death in 1986.

She is responsible for these mugs.  You are responsible for the pbj to accompany them!

The mugs will be in store November 4, 2011.  Note:  LTB has a limited number of these mugs available this month.

Pearl + Daisy Arrive




Pearl + Daisy have arrived in Kensington Market.  

This is a line of natural, aromatheraphy based bath products made in Nova Scotia.  The scents we are featuring this season are:  St. George [ginger+nutmeg], Snuggle Bunny [lavender+chamomile], Gifts From The Sea [rosemary+mint] and Orange Bitters (mandarin+vetiver].
